Introduction
Welcome to Lumora Connect! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our application and services. By accessing or using Lumora Connect, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use Lumora Connect.

4.3 Blocking Abusive Users
Users have the ability to block other users who they deem abusive. This feature can be accessed through the user’s profile.
4.4 Action on Reports
On every post, there is a report option which users can use to report any inappropriate content or misinformation. Upon receiving a report of objectionable content, we will:
- Review the content within 24 hours.
- Remove content that violates our Terms.
- Eject users who provide offending content, if necessary.

By using Lumora Connect, you agree to abide by these Terms and to respect the rights of other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
